At The Tea Makers of London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your tea or teaware, you may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that tea pouches remain sealed to comply with food safety regulations.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our London warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
